Peggy Murdock Ferris
Peggy Murdock Ferris is a sixth generation Washingtonian and a 40+ year resident of D.C. She graduated from the Madeira School and The Moore College of Art Philadelphia. She also holds a Master’s Degree from Trinity College. Before beginning her career in real estate, Peggy taught art and photography in Montgomery County and the District of Columbia public schools. In addition to her real estate career Peggy co-funded a non-profit called Sustainable Environment for Health and Shelter.
She has two daughters: Margaret, who is a Resident Doctor at University of Maryland Medical Center and lives in Baltimore with her husband; and Marianna who teaches voice and lives with her husband and new son Liam, In San Francisco. Peggy continues to love selling Real Estate, even after all the years.
Molly grew up in Norwalk, Connecticut. She earned her B.A. at Sarah Lawrence College where she was a Rockefeller Fellow in Women’s History. During her college years she earned money by being an Arthur Maury dance instructor. Molly moved to Washington, DC to work for several non profits dealing with pay equity for women and then went into the Federal Government. Molly then was invited to become the first Washington editor of Glamour Magazine. Later, Molly went on to produce the Washington-based Charlie Rose television program. Molly developed her business acumen by owning 5 DAVID’S COOKIE stores in the DC area before beginning her Real Estate career in 1987. Molly is married to Jeffrey Jay, a psychotherapist, with whom she has four children and they live in Bethesda. She is actively involved with the giving group Many Hands. Her expertise is working with listings, down-sizing, moving elderly relatives to safe living options and first time home buyers.
A fourth generation Marylander, holds a B.A. from Simmons College. She has held a real estate license since 1968, is a former Director of both the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors and of the Board of the Washington DC Association of Realtors. From 1972-1983 Judith held executive positions in the Women’s National Democratic Club culminating in a two year term as president. While in office, she conducted speaking and lobbying efforts, & managed a three-million dollar budget. Judith is married to Robert N. Levin, a lawyer specializing in litigation and real estate. Judi and Bob live in Chevy Chase, Maryland. .
Meredith has lived in downtown DC since 1995. She has been a real estate agent since 2006. Before pursuing a career in residential real estate, Meredith was a business development manager for the law firm of Arent Fox. Prior to that, she pursued her combined love for art and retail to open a paint-your-own pottery studio located off of Dupont Circle.
Meredith is a past Board Member for the Washington Project of the Arts. She currently is a member of the Board of the Edlevitch DC JCC. She has been named Washingtonians Top 100 Real Estate in 2015 and 2017. She supports clients in DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia.
Originally from Baltimore, she resides in Dupont Circle with her husband, a Real Estate Developer, and her two children.
Eva brings significant experience and tenure from her career within the mortgage industry, positioning her for great success in the greater Washington, D.C. real estate market. In her first year, Eva was awarded the prestigious Rookie of the Year Award - an impressive feat which few achieve.
Eva was born and raised in Houston, Texas, but has called Washington, D.C. home since attending George Washington University. She spent 10 years in the mortgage industry at Fannie Mae, during which time she earned a Master's degree from Johns Hopkins. Eva is a committed volunteer and active in the Washington, DC Jewish community, having served on the boards of The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, the Eldavitch DC JCC, the Anti-Defamation League, and American Jewish World Service. Eva also loves traveling, having spent a year living in Israel as well as global travel that has included South America, Asia, and Africa.
She currently lives in Woodley Park with her husband where she enjoys relaxing in Rock Creek Park and experiencing the growing food and bar scene throughout the Washington, DC area.
Laura London has lived and worked in the Washington, D.C. area for over 25 years. She specializes in working with first-time homebuyers and real estate developers on the Ferris, Peter, Levin, Margolis team at Compass.
With a background in the performing arts, she has been employed at some of the most notable arts institutions in the DC, including the Embassy Series and Washington Performing Arts. Her most recent position was in the fundraising department at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Through this work, combined with her experience in real estate, Laura has honed her client-centric approach as well as the art of competitive negotiating. Her hands on and attentive style helps guide and support people through one of the most significant decisions of their lives, while her direct manner with her clients and with other agents ensures a productive and rewarding experience for all involved.
Over the years, Laura has developed a love and expertise for investing in commercial real estate and investing in and rehabbing residential homes.
Amy was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, and moved to Hawaii at a young age. Inspired by a sense of adventure moved to Virginia to attend James Madison University with a dual degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems. After 10 years of computer consulting. Amy found her love in real estate. She purchased her first condo after college and bought several investment properties thereafter. Amy is a true believer that everyone should invest in real estate. With 15 years in the industry, Amy decided to join Compass, a high-tech real estate company founded on industry-leading best practices and innovation. Amy feels strongly that in the current competitive real estate market, a combination of interpersonal skills, knowledge, and technology are the underlying power tools for any successful transaction.
Amy is passionate about education and giving back to our local schools- she is very active in volunteering at her daughters’ schools, and has been involved in Girl Scouts “Cookie Mom” for many years. Outside of real estate, Amy enjoys skiing, biking, and swimming.
After two decades of living in the Washington metro area, including Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland, where she currently resides, Amy has developed a real world, in-depth understanding of each jurisdiction, an advantage which she is able to regularly impart to her clients. Amy is married to Sam a native Washingtonian and is the mother of two daughters along with their beloved rescue dog, “Gromit”.

Rochelle comes to our team with over 20+ years of real estate experience and is our Director of Operations. She provides our clients with extensive contract knowledge to ensure a seamless transaction from contract to closing.
Rochelle has raised 3 beautiful daughters in Kensington, MD and currently resides in downtown Silver Spring. Whether she strategizing on writing offer, or handling all the details of a sale, or selling a multi-family property, or dealing with TOPA (tenants right to purchase) requirements, Rochelle works diligently to guide Buyers and Sellers patiently though the process.
She attributes her success to her focus on understanding her clients' needs and goals, and her steadfast awareness that real estate, in addition to providing shelter, is an important financial investment. Rochelle is renowned for her persistence , encouragement and the ability to overcome obstacles.
MARKETING MANAGER/LISTING COORDINATOR
After receiving a BA in Communications from Purdue University in 2004 (Boiler Up!) Kori went on to write and edit for several local and national print publications. When she earned her MPS in Publishing from The George Washington University in 2009, Kori realized her favorite part about journalism, wasn't necessarily the writing, it was connecting with people. Thus, she decided to transition into Social Media and Communications Management and has since focused on helping Washington D.C.-based businesses tell their story and further connect with their clients.
As the team’s Marketing Manager, Kori loves to share all things local with our clients — from open houses and market reports, to new neighborhood restaurant openings and festivals — across our team’s many media channels.
Kori currently resides in Washington, DC’s Shaw neighborhood with her husband Jim, and their rescue Pomeranian - Scooter.
